Red Rock Canyon, Ok.

Oil on panel. Stopped to paint in this Canyon and found this rock formation. I went to work, holding on to my easel because of the wind. I was just finishing when my husband said we had to leave because th er re was grass fires and he wasnt sure where they were. We were safe, but what an experience.
